Learn How To Feel Younger

Do you fantasize about a magic pill that can make you look and feel younger; have the sexual stamina of a thirty-year old and the abs you enjoyed in your twenties?

Unfortunately, I haven’t discovered this dream product, but according to Dr. Lorraine Maita, the anti-aging specialist, there are simple steps we can take to reverse aging.


Are you not feeling like yourself, with symptoms of brain fog, sluggishness, your mojo is in hiding, and you dream of being able to have nap time, as though you were back in pre-school? You’ve gone to the doctor only to be told there is nothing wrong with you? However, he insults you by suggesting maybe some anti-depressants will help. Feeling a bit frustrated?

Avoid sugar and caffeine
Get adequate sleep
Eat healthy, whole, nutritious foods
Find a way to relax.


It is difficult for some of us to meditate, but try yoga, walking in nature, or gardening. Dr. Maita recommends doing any activity that engrosses your mind.


What to Avoid:
Never heat anything in plastic
Avoid BPA’s
Products that contain parabens, and fragrances
The ‘Dirty Dozen’ foods
Meats that contain hormones
Toxins in cleaning and beauty products


Lastly, she suggests paying attention to how certain foods make you feel. Every person has a unique inner system, so foods that may bother one person are fine for another. The worst that can happen by implementing the recommended ideas above is nothing changes. However, it is likely that you’ll gain more control of how you feel and look better in the process.
