Couples Vacations Off the Beaten Track

LUXURY VIET NAM and CAMBODIA

In addition, the trend towards to most out-of-this-world honeymoon possible is very significant. Jacada Travel offer a Luxury Viet Nam and Cambodia Cultural Honeymoon where couples experience cultural and natural splendor on a privately guided, rich and exotic honeymoon through Viet Nam and Cambodia I thought may be of great interest to you!

In Siem Reap, couples privately dine under the stars at their own Angkor Wat temple equipped with a butler, a single violinist (or traditional Cambodian music, if they please), pre-dinner drinks under a canopy with authentic Cambodian dance as entertainment and a locally sourced, five-star menu. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to enjoy the sacred temples in total luxurious privacy, and Jacada Travel can even arrange a blessing by a Buddhist monk for those looking for the added special memory.

Green Mountain Falls, Colorado

The Little Beaver Inn and its parent property, The Outlook Lodge are located in the tiny, picturesque town of Green Mountain Falls, Colo., established as a resort destination in the late 1800s; however, in recent years, the town has become a relatively unknown locale, a “hidden gem” known primarily to locals and the families who have visited for generations.

A handsome, six-room retreat, The Outlook Lodge opened in November 2012. Originally constructed in 1889 as a rectory to the nearby Church of the Wildwoods, the Lodge has been re-imagined as a private, bespoke escape, providing all the necessary creature comforts while maintaining a rustic simplicity.

While the exterior woodwork and detailing have remained, preserving the timeless charm of its Victorian style, original contemporary pieces from celebrated American artists – all from Mr. Keesee’s private collection – are displayed throughout the Lodge and in each suite. With its small collection of accommodations, and a local host in place of a front desk, The Outlook Lodge maintains a ‘hands-off’ approach, allowing guests to explore and relax as they wish, and provides the intimacy of a truly private retreat.

Like its parent property, The Little Beaver Inn gives guests a purposefully private experience. With no front desk, there’s no check-in necessary. Room keys await guests upon arrival in a secured lockbox, and helpful information about the Inn and surrounding area can be found inside the guest rooms. Built as a motor lodge in the 1950s, the charmingly retro Little Beaver Inn was adaptively reused by acclaimed architect Peter Brotherton, and reimagined as a five-room inn, featuring a self-service wet bar and cabana, and a sun-filled terrace with a seasonal heated, outdoor spa. An outdoor fire circle, al fresco dining area and full kitchen at The Outlook Lodge are also available to guests of The Little Beaver Inn.

To add to the romance, the properties offer a Romance Complement for a sweet, extra touch. For just $60, guests can enjoy a rose-petal turndown, chilled in-room bubbles, plush His & Hers bathrobes and a s’mores roasting tray, perfect for snuggling up next to the outdoor fire circle with personal luxurious blankets.

Rates at The Little Beaver Inn start at just $137, and $157 at The Outlook Lodge.
